使用方法
Apply liberally to clean hands. Reapply as needed.
Smooth hand relief™ moisturizing creme on your hands and forearms, cup hands over your nose and take 3 deep breaths.
• Using one hand's fingers, pull the opposite hand's fingers down and back to stretch your inner forearm muscles. Hold for at least 30 seconds.
• Reverse, pulling fingers up and back to stretch your outer forearm muscles. Hold for at least 30 seconds.
• Rotate your wrist 3 times in each direction
• Switch hands and repeat
